Name, email, telephone number, delivery address, account details, and communication preferences.
Order and payment
Products, amounts, order history, payment status, and payment evidence submitted for manual verification. NURIO does not need or request online-banking passwords.
Support
Enquiry details, order references, messages, call or chat details where applicable, and attachments submitted as evidence.
Technical
Device, browser, security, cookie, log, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve the website.
Why information is used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts; process and source orders; verify payments; coordinate suppliers, customs, and couriers; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain records; improve the service; and send optional marketing selected by the customer. Where consent is requested, it can be withdrawn for future use.
International sourcing
Because NURIO sources internationally, order information may need to be processed outside Bahrain by a supplier, retailer, logistics provider, or technology provider. NURIO limits the information shared to what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, disputes, and applicable obligations, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. NURIO uses reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should protect passwords, devices, and verification messages and report suspected account misuse promptly.

Update available profile details or ask Customer Care to correct inaccurate information.
Marketing
Use the unsubscribe link or preference controls to stop optional marketing messages.
Privacy request
Contact Customer Care to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable request. Identity may need to be verified.
Privacy questions
Use the Contact Us page and select General enquiry or Technical issue. Explain the request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
