About the NURIO service
NURIO is an online shopping destination that helps customers purchase authentic products sourced through trusted international suppliers and retailers. NURIO does not manufacture the products and does not represent itself as an official retailer, authorised reseller, brand partner, or affiliate of any brand unless that relationship is expressly stated and verified.
How an order is formed
An order acknowledgement confirms that NURIO has received the request; it does not guarantee supplier acceptance or final availability.
Place and pay
Submit accurate customer, delivery, and payment information and pay the amount shown at checkout.
Supplier confirmation
After payment, NURIO may purchase the product from the relevant supplier. Availability and price remain subject to final supplier confirmation.
Procurement review
NURIO reviews the proposed purchase, product information, and sourcing route before fulfilment continues.
Confirmation or refund
If the supplier cannot fulfil the item, it becomes unavailable, its price changes materially, or it does not pass procurement checks, NURIO may cancel the affected item or order and initiate a refund.
Products, authenticity, and presentation
NURIO sources products described as authentic from suppliers and retailers selected through its procurement process. Product images, packaging, colour, texture, and finishing may vary slightly because of photography, screens, supplier imagery, or production updates. Brand sizing differs; measurements and size guides are guidance rather than a guarantee of fit.

A sourcing commitment, without implying an unverified official relationship with a brand.
Product information
Descriptions are prepared from available supplier and product information and may be corrected when an error is identified.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in BHD unless stated otherwise. The checkout total shows the product price, discounts, delivery charges, and other amounts collected by NURIO. Despite reasonable checks, pricing or description errors can occur. If a supplier price changes or an obvious pricing error affects an order, NURIO will contact the customer where practical or cancel the affected item and initiate a refund rather than complete the purchase at an incorrect amount. Payment must be successfully received and verified before procurement or fulfilment proceeds.
International sourcing and delivery
The current estimated delivery window is 10–20 days after the order and payment are confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Supplier preparation, international transportation, customs clearance, weekends and public holidays, incomplete customer information, remote areas, courier delays, and events outside NURIO’s reasonable control may affect timing.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Customer Care promptly if an order needs attention.
Customer requests
Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once supplier procurement or fulfilment has started.
Unavailable products
NURIO may cancel an item or order when the supplier cannot fulfil it or the item fails procurement checks.
Address changes
Delivery details cannot always be changed after dispatch; customers are responsible for complete and accurate information.
Returns and refunds
Return, cancellation, and refund requests are assessed under the published Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy and the state of the order. Eligibility can depend on timing, product category, condition, tags, packaging, hygiene restrictions, supplier terms, and whether procurement or dispatch has begun. Approved refunds are initiated through the supported payment process and may require additional payment details for manual bank-transfer orders.
Website use and intellectual property
Customers must use the website lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and avoid interfering with the website, misusing content, attempting unauthorised access, or submitting fraudulent information. NURIO’s website design and original content are protected as applicable. Brand names, logos, product imagery, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and shopping information.
Responsibility and complaints
NURIO will exercise reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, supplier performance, courier performance, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or to remove mandatory customer rights. Contact Customer Care with a clear description, order number, and supporting evidence so a complaint can be reviewed fairly.
